The Vermont Beef Industry Council, Inc. (VBIC) is one of 44 qualified state beef councils responsible for the collection and disbursement of Check-Off dollars for research, education and promotion. The VBIC is governed by Vermont dairy, beef and veal producers and folks representing allied industries.

Vermont is known throughout the world as a special place where quality foods are produced. Our farmers play a major role keeping Vermont-Vermont. They take a great deal of pride in the stewardship of the land and recognize that the livestock they tend 365 days a year are their most valuable asset.
